Concussion and claims

A claim record is easier to evaluate when it separates event facts, medical evidence, functional change, and the timeline connecting them. No source can predict a settlement amount.

01

Four evidence lanes

  • Event — describe the collision, fall, blow, or jolt and what was observed immediately afterward.
  • Clinical — preserve evaluations, diagnoses, imaging reports, referrals, and restrictions.
  • Function — track changes to work, school, driving, sleep, exercise, and ordinary tasks.
  • Timeline — the before-and-after sequence, made legible without overstating what any single record proves.

Causation needs chronology

The file should make the before-and-after sequence legible without overstating what any single record proves. California deadlines can be fact-specific; this desk does not calculate a filing deadline or give legal advice.
