Neck involvement

Neck pain, headache, dizziness, and concentration complaints can appear in overlapping patterns after a collision or other force event. The overlap is a reason to document carefully, not to self-diagnose.

01

Keep regions distinct and connected

Describe neck pain, range-of-motion limits, headache, dizziness, balance, vision, and cognitive symptoms separately. Then record how they interact: for example, whether neck movement changes headache or dizziness.

Cross-reading the file

The California Soft Tissue Desk's editorial material on whiplash can provide a companion explanation of cervical symptoms.
